From the trend so far, it is similar to the previous one.
It sure going to be the 'forums with email support' option. The thing
is you have two groups of people, the forum crowd (often includes the
younger generation who are use to forum based websites and don't want
to clog up their mail boxes) and the email crowd (often the older
generation before the forums became popular and like having mail). OK
huge generalization here. To accomindate both groups, it is a good
idea to have some software that can support both groups requirements.
As can be seen I prefer forums, simple due to that it is easier to
find information as categories and sub-forums can be used to classify
the Q&A into sections of particular topics.
