This is not only about PRERACE, almost any PRExxx tag that was changed to
the current form still appears in the old form somewhere, we need to clean
that up. It can still wait a bit, but I definitely want to do that before we
go Beta, so that 5.12 can in the end come out in a clean state.
If you want to see the PRERACE tag changed before, please revive the
discussion on Experimental. :)
