All the options are listed, but examples are not fleshed out on
the formats, and it sometimes takes people a short amount of
trial and error to get an optional field formatted correctly.
Ok, as far as I've found the only 'in order of entry' section is the first 10 fields. Other than that, the tags are parsed left to right and don't seem to require any particular order. If I'm wrong on this, the documentation REALLY needs an overhaul. ;)

PS: Excel 2000/2001 doesn't seem to add blank spaces after fields in CVS format.
