I suppose what you suggest here might be the way to go. It's kind of the
opposite of the way the BONUS tag is usually supposed to work, but it does
get the job done...

I'm not sure I follow. Say a class grants +1 Natural Armor at level 1, and
a total of +5 Natural Armor at level 10. Couldn't you add a +1 bonus at
level 1, and a +5 at level 10, and allow the fact that they don't stack to
use the higher value?
Or do these classes add to a creature's existing natural armor?
