Since it worked as intended with Firefox, the problem probably is that the
Google map's GEvent.addListener function is not taking into
account the different bubbling behavior for the IE DOM versus the W3C
DOM, causing problems when the event is mousemove. I
haven't investigated the matter, but someone may have come up with a workaround,
and if not, this should be reported to the Google folks.

I have narrowed the problem down to a mouse motion event handler in our
coordinates, the map works fine. It was never an overlibmws issue.
