Subject: Systematic Voting Rights Violations against State Citizens (cf. Qualifications Clauses)
Greetings Honorable Commissioners, Inspector General, and Respective Staffs:
I am submitting herewith documentation supporting this FORMAL COMPLAINT of systematic violations of Equal Protection of the Law and of my fundamental Right to vote for my Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The following Internet resources are attached and incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully here, and they are also fully hyper-linked here on the Internet:
I also hereby formally challenge the constitutionality of the 1866 Civil Rights Act and the Congressional Resolution proposing the so-called Fourteenth amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America, as being void for vagueness ab initio and also because of the fraudulent origins of both. See above for details.
Following this email I will transmit printed copies of the above to your mailing addresses.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
p.s. I am appearing In Propria Persona in this matter, and
I will continue to appear on my own behalf until further notice.
