Hi Greg, Jim, Others,
I was once told if you want to stir up a debate, use politics or
religion as a topic. I believe that to be somewhat true. :) I
renamed the thread to people can filter it to the trash if
desired or use something like eRemove or Popcorn to delete it at
the server. If you do not know what, when who, how to filter,
just ask. :) So here I go off, off topic.

>Wrong! That's little ol' England! :-)
>America can never be considered the best country in the world

I suppose that is whose eyes you are looking through to what camp
you might be in. We, the US, seems to be inconsistent, because
we are. <bg> It is our government changes when we have the major
elections every four years. Our Democratic and Republican
parties use to be like on opposite sides of the fence and in a
brad sense, one is liberal and the other conservative. There's
not that much difference in them today from what I can gather.
I belive you can be assured that Bush is not just going to sit
around twiddling thumbs and more power to our .gov in the
situation as far as I am concerned. My belief is also that he
has reason to do what he is doing (and be backed up not only by
our cabinet members, but other countries as well).
One last statement and I'm out of this thread. (I almost deleted
this due to time if and when you reply back. Hopefully, it'll be
short if'n you do. How's that for a hack of our mother tongue or
is that grandmother, as in England. My cousin by law (marriage
is British, living in England and when over visiting one time she
was quick to point out that our English is a bastard one, as in
unmarried parents or not knowing who the father/mother is).
Oh, my statement. Freedom costs! "But for the freedom, someone
had to die." Seems to me it was a bit longer than 200 years when
we had to fight Mom, Greg. ;) We had the War between the States
over here and one of the reasons for it was getting the slaves
which the Europeans sold us their freedom. Many died in that
war, families fighting agin each other. We helped England,
France, (etc in Europe) Koreans, Vietnamese fight for freedom.
For my salvation from hell to heaven for eternity, my God, even
the Lord Jesus Christ himself had to die and raise himself from
the dead for my eternal freedom. When freedom is to be had,
there is always a blood sacrifice.
American by birth, Southern by the Grace of God and saved, born
again, to be with him forevermore.

6:23; 1 Cor. 15:3-4, Eph. 2:8-9; 1 Tim. 1:15
And my song shall ever be,
praise the Lamb who died for me,
and I'll sing it while ages shall roll.
