On the SlugOS/BE firmware, with support for additional Optware packages
installed, you use /usr/bin/ipkg to install SlugOS packages, and
/opt/bin/ipkg to install Optware packages.
Think of it like installing both RedHat and Debian on the same machine.
You need to use the correct installation program (yum vs apt) for each
set of packages. In this case, it's the same program (ipkg), but it is
installed twice so that it can access two completely separate package feeds.
