The other one is just wrong. I guess you want to link to index.html ,
but from what file?
When you want to link to a file in another folder in the same
directory as the current HTML file, you just need to use the folder
name. Then you use a slash for each nested folder after that (just
part of a normal URL)
'../' as you used means one folder up. You use '../' for each folder.
