I have had this happen to me twice in the past year. When I change my yahoo password, it stops.......until the next time.

Anyone can forge the FROM address. All spammers do it. This doesn't mean the account is 'hacked'. Look at the headers and if possible block the IP. Yahoo has the worst spam filtering in history so it's to be expected.
