One of the more important things for those without EMF appreciation--
that a positive feedback is an amplification. If you look at the
Keeling Whorf period and amplitude (
), it would appear
from this graph that the ELECTRICAL result of the increased
conductivities is a DECREASE in the period and an INCREASE in the
amplitude of the wave.
The problem is, in terms of defects in feedback loops, is that if you
increase the amplitude enough and decrease the periodicity, you are
talking about an amplification that results in neo glacial. Where it
goes runaway eg superstorm is the salinity increases translate to
conductivity increases--as ice covers the land again.
BTW, the main blunder in the failure to see the electrical forcing of
CO2 on cloud behaviors is that the dynamics, as opposed to the
statics, of the climate system has to deal with viscosity. DC fields
are all about viscosity, because it is all about CONTROLLING the rate
of change from vapor to ice . . . and control mechanisms have both
positive and negative feedbacks!
