Experience: Distracting thoughts from two events from previous day
Insights: (a) When we see the world, we really see ourselves. Our key role is to reflect to others the way they are and see in our reflection the way we are.
(b) Creating a mind tune is a good way of occupying the mind while I go deeper into my meditation.
Questions: Is the mind tune a good technique? Does it have any negative consequences?
