Chicken and egg... intellect and intuition...
As regards measuring a pursuit as unprofitable, one might
look to the measuring stick. If the intellect is used to
measure a pursuit, and it falls within the 'unprofitable'
zone, then it is because the intellectual measuring
stick has a certain length that it says is 'unprofitable'.
If you are seeking to quantify quality, then it will always
evade you... no matter how much time you have.
