Seeds of Transformation - A Journey to Enlightenment
Seed 37 COMPASSION
COMPASSION is the language of the heart that has been gained by a conscious traveller of life whilst passing through certain life experiences. Only an open heart that has developed enough emotional maturity can develop full COMPASSION. COMPASSION looks deeply and realizes that nothing
is as it seems. Behind every story is another story, eventually tracing back through the journey of lifetimes. COMPASSION moves beyond what appears to be going on.
COMPASSION does not search vainly for answers; it just remains open, allows and does not judge. You never know how much someone is
suffering or what there circumstances are or how they can cope or deal with life.
COMPASSION sparks a desire to help or to be of service in whatever is called for. It engenders simple acts of kindness. COMPASSION acknowledges where the other person is and is fully present with them in the moment. Being present with someone, sparks a spiritual connection, this is felt and understood, even if no words are shared between them.
COMPASSION empathizes and holds the person in light, peace, and love. COMPASSION is a genuine exchange from one heart to another. COMPASSION gives generously but expects nothing in return.
Reflections on COMPASSION
COMPASSION is a wonderful gift to give to another; most times it happens spontaneously because it is simply felt. With COMPASSION, the
heart opens and loving energy pours forth. Although COMPASSION sympathizes, it knows how to support without getting drawn into dramas. COMPASSION is considerate, caring and patient, it goes with the flow of what is unfolding and remains steady, holding an unwavering gaze. At the same time, COMPASSION knows how to use discernment and remain detached.
It is through COMPASSION that a person can achieve the highest peak in his or her search for self-fulfilment, because
COMPASSION also embraces love. COMPASSION is a very important stepping stone for those who wish to move in the direction of enlightenment. COMPASSION invites you to look in the mirror and to understand what you see. What is reflected back to you is what you need to acknowledge. Be gentle on yourself and treat yourself with COMPASSION and once you have really embraced and embodied it, then COMPASSION is one of the greatest gifts that you can give.
