The Textile Colour-Matching System
Colour Communication by naming yellow, green, blue, red, black or white and light or dark is history. The colour definition by numerical value is a common practice world wide among the technical sphere. Though the equipment to measure colour is available, the colour measuring personnel at textile processing units in Pakistan are is still found deficient in understanding of basic concepts to deal with the colour measurement. The participants learn the principles of colour technology along with database preparation, computer colour matching, degree of whiteness, colour difference formulae and all other important issues encountered in colour measurement. This program will enable them to utilize their colour measurement system in a more beneficial manner and with high applicability.

He is Chartered Colourist, Associate Society of Dyers and Colourist, UK and Chartered Textile, Associate The Textile Institute, Manchester, UK.
