this is more about how to begin. i know there are many way to cross
your legs to meditate. i sit pretzal with both of my outside ancle on
the ground, under the opposite leg. now i can only saite for this for
mabey 10 minunits before my legs falla sleep and they start to anoy me.
i was looking around and found the 'lotus' position. its looks
interesting, buti can only gte a half lotus and i cant pull my other
leg over the 1st leg thats set. (incase you dont know what im talking

i was wondering if anyone can tell me a better way to get my left leg
on my right thigh.
if anyone knows of any better positions, or why my legs are falling
asleep, please tell me, it would be greatly appriciated.
