Subject: [John Muir Trail] Food and Fuel Resupply
I am planning a September start for a thru hike of the JMT. If the commercial outlets keep their extended season period; great! However planning for the worst, I am asking for any suggestions to solve the resupply delema. Utilizing bear cans requires a lot of prepositioning time and I am told the Rangers will not allow it.
