We are thinking about setting up somthing like a "one stop shop" for
specific cases like professional liability, investment scams, brokerage
scams etc. The team would fall under the Corporate Risks umbrella however as
a seperate entity. The team would consist of myself in the role as legal
investigator/fraud investigator, a barrister/solicitor, a forensic auditor
and an computer forensic specialist.
I am curious if there are people around here that have specific experiences
in respect of such a construction, what the advantages and disadavantages
Any advice is welcome.
