Sorry but looks like probably a severe no go.
The voltage level on lines such as these range 115kV, 138kV, 230kV, 345kV and up. High (HIGH) voltage in other words. Even power plant generators do not put out that voltage level -- typically a few thousand volts, max.
This means that every turbine and tower would need a step-up sub-station and transformer to feed onto the the line. And each would have to have meter and control relays for fault detection and safety.
Cute idea, but probably only half-baked.
