Certainly we can do more.
A good start for our lab would be, please answer these questions if you can:
* Do you have a deepest value in your life that includes all of your
* Do you have a question that you don't know the answer to, but are
interested to answer?
This helps us organize around you as a leader.
Then the next step might be to work at Janet Feldman's group and try to
assemble more and more people who are deaf or are working with the deaf
around the world.
When we have a few, and a good discussion and some endeavors, then we
might start a working group around you and your deepest value?
