That would indeed be unfortunate if one were unable to
motion or ask for an audience during a meeting. If
so, other than COA issues, I wonder how one then
presents anything for consideration?
We'll certainly have to check into that, and if this
is the case, find out the the correct method to engage
the board and/or maybe change the rules.
