Geesh. OK, it's just below the Amateur Two Meter Band, but certainly
closer to that band than to the FM Broadcast Band where it belongs.
I suspect someone took a logo for an FM broadcast station, then changed
the zero to a four to avoid implying BSA endorsement of a commerical
entity. If they simply left the zero and changed the three to a five
or a seven they would have created a non-existing station but stayed
within the Broadcast band allocation.
