Cycle against the Olympic Bid!

A large area of Hackney marshes will be concreted over to provide coach
parks, London fields will also be cut in half, there will be no public access
to cycle routes on the river Lea, and the Eastway cycle centre will close
for development (which will result in smaller facilities), also the well
used cycle link between Hackney and Stratford will be likely to close forcing
cyclists onto busy roads which would then have construction traffic as well
as the usual heavy traffic.
Please read up on this issue, if London wins the bid we will all pay for
this, Hackney and Newham will pay with its parks, wildlife, freedom and
quality of life.
