Have you done this successfully in the past? Why are you trying to
use an Active Server Page versus the form page created by Frontpage?
Active Server Pages generally require more programming skills than
just creating a form and renaming the file. You'd have to accept
input and write it to another form or to a database. Active Server
Pages are intended to provide for dynamic functionality and
capabilities. An example is the database web calendar sold by
BajaWebDesigns.com. You can see an example of the calendar at
www.LCHSPatriotBand.com. Note the "Admin Login" function at the

Also, if you tried it after uploading the form to the web
host....does the hosting service provide ASP support? That is
something many hosting services don't do, or they provide that
support as a premium service.
