Have you signed the First 1000 Pledge?
The Pledge is the primary recruitment push of the Free State Project
this year. Our goal is to get 1000 small government activists to
commit to moving to New Hampshire by 12/31/2008, but only if at least
999 other people commit to doing so by the end of this year.
Who can sign?
* members of the Free State Project (FSP) who sincerely intend to move
to NH by 12/31/2008
* members of the FSP who have ALREADY moved to NH since the state
announcement on 10/1/2003
* non-members of the FSP who are libertarian/small government
activists, or are willing to become so, and are willing to move to NH
The Pledge is being heavily promoted on radio, in print, and at events
around the country. But we need your help. It's going to take a
serious push to meet our goal, based on the current signup rate. If
you're eligible to sign, PLEASE do so. You can do so anonymously if
you wish, so your name won't appear on the pledge web page. Your name
will not be shared with any other organization. If you're a member of
the FSP who hasn't quite firmed up your relocation plans, please give
it some serious thought now. Is there any way you could make the move
Please note that the Pledge is not synonymous with membership in the
FSP. You don't have to join the FSP in order to sign the pledge. The
pledge also has a hard deadline; if we don't reach our goal by
12/31/2006, all signers are released from their obligation.
How much is liberty worth to you? Hundreds of people have already
answered that question with their feet: they have moved to New
Hampshire, from all over the U.S. And they're already making political
waves, getting elected to office, passing pro-liberty legislation, and
blocking anti-liberty bills. Do you have the courage to join them?
Dare to be one of the First 1000. http://www.pledgebank.com/first1000
P.S. Spread the word!
