I have just come home from running a large training event of 13 hours and started the day at 5am so I am now pretty tired. Ben took the day off to look after Treacle and reported when I cane in 'It's hard work'!!!
(he SOUNDED surprised!!! You won't be though!)
She has had a very good day indeed, eaten a lot , been outside, let him brush her (curses! She hates me doing it!!) and was delighted with the change of face and input... I think they have been watching tv all day!!!
Last night I was in total despair and Hillary said she would send healing to either give a huge energy blast or the acceptance that she could move on! So it seems she has chosen to continue for now.
Mama Felix was asleep on the BIRD TABLE when I came down at 5am so no wonder there were no birdies dawn chorussing at the window!
She lurked there, like a shark in the shallows , mouth open!!! Paw off front and back of the table, just draped...what a sight. Tomorrow Ben (sucker like me) is building her a run and kennel so she can be a yard cat if she wants and still be free to roam! Yet another addition to the family!!!!
I have had a lot of email from all you lovely friends inquiring how I and the Miss T are doing and I want to send proper responses but tonight am blind with tiredness and need to spend some time with her before I crash.
I just wanted to let you know how I appreciate you all and thatI will reply tomorrow (egotistically I also thought you might be wondering where I was!) aND massive thanks to the friends who have sent me weblinks and are sending me phosphorous binders. I am so lucky to have found this site and I really missed not being able to post during the day as I thought of things, I don't often run events this big that will take me away for too long. But we needed the £££££ as there are now so many 'meow mouths' to feed"!
2 new kittens. Treacle, Kippurr, Mama Felix, Silver Mama and her five'stripes of shame'!!! Papa Felix and his sperm bonanza. 14 feral kitties and two very casual teenage Mum kitties....not to mention Mamas babies in foster care....all THEIR vet bills!
Hey - ho, that's (cat) life and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Love and night night for now-
