In response to Maria--
Each of the applications--WebCT, Nicenet,
etc.--will have a slightly different interface, so you
can't just get one set of instructions for "uploading"
a course to all of them.
I think you will need to take the materials you
have designed for the course and paste them in at the
appropriate points, looking to see how best to use
I expect the professor will be looking to see that
you have explored each application sufficiently to
take advantage of their somewhat subtle differences.
I would think that after some experimentation you
will also be getting ideas for new/different kinds of
materials that might be mounted within each
application. You've got your work cut out for you!
