MWM: May the debil get behind me ignorant little soul. I never heard of banaba and so I presumed that it could be banana have a typo in it (the b and n are right next to each oother on the keyboard). So I think you MUST BE CORRECT. Blue Otter sent me a reassertion as well that it is banaba. Thanks to you Kimber, we can see probably what is it that is doing the good work. I am going to get some and start working with it into diet. I am the same pudgy self you saw five years ago. In the interim I got down to 155, which suits me and my clothes quite nicely. But I am back at 166. That's the problem with cooking for other people, you never ever can quite get in control of how much you are eating, you are busy sampling and experimenting, and besides, after all that work cooking, you might as well enjoy the damn stuff.
