Hope your tonsilittis is better now? And lil Alex or big Nigel
haven't caught it!!!
I saw this e-mail last week and didn't get around to repplying..
sorry.. (bit awkward ..able to read e-mails at work but can't
reply.. so when I get home, I forget..:-)
Anyway, I've just recovered from the fun but exhasutive experience
of Beltane Bash (had a stall).. and time to attend to other matters..
At the moot, last week, I was going around asking people for ideas
and slowly shaping the Outdoor midsummer gathering..
Plans so far..are for everyone to get to Croham Hurst (top of it) by
12noon..and get socialising..although this is ambitious..as it's a
sunday.. so officially 1pm may be a better `formal' start for this
Myself and perhaps 1-2 other volunteer will be at East croydon by
11.30am (again.. 12pm or 12.30pm is realistic) to gather people
coming from out of Croydon..or don;t know how to get to Croham
hurst.. travel as group in bus and get to Croham hurst..
We can all bring food/drinks/ picnic for self/ to share..
There should be a midsummer ritual at some point.. some basic
structure.. parts easily adaptable to people on the day..and group
participation.. so far no big plans.. and I am trying to refrain
from running/ writing it.. (I have stuck my neck into ship-shaping
the indoor midsummer ritual already.. the community should be spare
dtoo much of me :-)
Would you like to do something with it please?
Once finalised.. we can post an otline in this list.. get volunteer
parts and other delegations etc etc? Just an idea..
love n bb

plans in place for the event.. (It'll be advertised in PF London
website and also PF London newsletter..) Am hoping we can draw other
people to this event.. but even if it's just our own local groups &
friends coming.. it'll be a good event..

be directed there (meet up in croydon and go as group in bus?), do
we do a midsummer ritual (involving everyone who attends.. not just
a small ritual team performing and others watching), what about a
picnic/ feast? etc etc..
