If there are any other AT&T tower watcher in Oregon and Washington besides Rob and I, you better hurry and get pictures. I was visiting a Motorola MSS that I used to work at and found out that they are busily dehorning AT&T sites. When I was there the other day they had just finished one near Albany, Oregon. Just an FYI. Also I added to the photo section of a site near Vancouver, WA called Livingston Mt that had been dehorned several years ago and is now being used as a Nexrad weather radar for the local NBC affiliate.

There are a few other sites that I'm meaning to
visit... and I need to do it before the snow starts to
There is a large collection of comm towers on Grizzly
Butte, and I understand there is a an AT&T site there.
Also a site near Maupin, right off the highway.
Interesting to find that NO ONE in town sems to have
any knowledge of the former "Seceret Bunker" near the
Bend Airport. The only media article I've ever found
was the one in "The Source" that Albert sent me.
I'm still digging around...but everyone seems to be in
the dark on this one. I'd like to know if any of the
paths from the Bend relay site went there, and where
the others from Bend went. Any help is appreciated.
(And Albert, feel free to use those photos that I
posed on your page, if you're interested.)
