even the most brutal clearance is pretty simple if you are
18 at the time - a good friend did a high-school thing with
the Maryland Procurement Office - upon high-school graduation
he got 1) his clearances 2) college paid for and 3) a job when
he graduated college. He still works there (he is in his 40's now).
So even his clearance(s) were pretty quick - not a lot of background
to check ;-)
