Unique Stressors for International Students�
Do you find it difficult to understand U.S. people sometimes;
have you experienced miscommunications?
Do you have people you can rely on when needed?
Have you experienced health problems in the last few months?
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) in sponsorship with Services for
International Students and Scholars ( SISS ) will conduct a workshop to help
identify unique stressors that International students experience when first coming to the U.S.
The workshop will be begin with a discussion of specific experiences and will
continue with helpful information on stress models, cultural adjustment,
identifying stresses, barriers in seeking help, and coping skills.
Come to I-House on Tuesday, Nov. 6th at 3:15 � 5 p.m.
