Just a brief correction: the British were not "kicked out from America". They just moved north to Canada, which today is still a constitutional "monarchy". So you are wrong on the first count, and if you would care to read the Apostles of Disunion, Southern Secession Commissioners and the Causes of the Civil War, by Charles B. Drew, you would see that the main issue for secession was,,,,wait for it,,,,SLAVERY!!. But there is no point arguing this with you. Just as there are some people who will still believe your current president was not born a U.S. citizen, you will continue to believe slavery was not an issue. So, carry on.

According to my historics investigations & researchs the main reason for SECESSION was the SAME reasons we had to kick out the British from America, Money , political power, tariffs and taxes a) Slavery WAS NOT the reason for war !!, this issue came in 2 years after the war started with Lyncoln Emancipation Proclamation Document b) the Confederate flag NEVER went to Africa to bring the slaves to America, it's the one we have now, the UNION flag did it !!,c) itmatter to Cubans too, since all of them living in the South joined the Confederate Army againts the Northern invation in high rank positions in the Confederate State Department and in the military, the new plate's money will help in education & scholarships and is all about HERITAGE, HISTORY and FREEDOM !!! . ...
