I heard people speak of the dearth of maps to study, so I just
slipped one onto the scanner. It is originally in color, But my
scanner would only complete it in greyscale.
Broken lines are formations of the 19th.
Solid lines are formations of the 20th.
CSA lines are in red/Union lines are in blue. Maybe you folks are
sharp eneough to distinguish them without the colors. If it can
help, I'll try to rescan it at a later time.
The legend says this map was sketched by J. C. McElroy, of the
Ohio Commission, 1895 (he was a Captain in the 18th OVI). The full
size is about 18x30 inches.
