Glad I could be of some assistance. I know what you
mean about chocolate, but let me tell you, once you
realize what it may be doing to you, it helps in the
reduction of intake.....
This has been very hard for me to deal with, I have
never had any long term problems until now and I hate
taking medicine. My condition is mild, but provigil,
while it has helped a lot for my sleepiness and being
tired all of the time, has taken me to a different
level because of different types of food. Coffee is
another that causes issues. I use to be able to drink
a pot a day and now If I have a cup, I have to really
watch what I am doing. I have taken many 5 minute
refresher's in the bathroom at work. While at home on
the weekends, when I forget my pill, I am usually ok
until about 7PM and then I am ready to crash, and
usually take a short nap and I am ok.
It will get better, it just takes time.
