Hello Scouters of the Colonial District,
I am pleased to announce that Colonial or shall we say CORN-LONIAL District has earned bragging rights again for selling Trails End Popcorn in the 2012 Fall Fundraiser for NCAC. Congratulations to the Colonial District for the #1 Top Selling Unit Pack 867 –St. Johns Lutheran Church, Franconia Road for selling $46, 320 in popcorn; #2 Top Selling Unit Pack 118 – Ft. Belvoir for selling $43,992 and #9 Top Selling Unit Pack 301 of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Old Town Alexandria for selling $29,481 in popcorn.
867 will have the honor of Presenting the Colors before the Baseball Game on April 28th.
All scouts will be able to celebrate the accomplishments of earning their way in scouting by attending the April 28th Washington Nationals Baseball Game. More information about the baseball tickets will be coming soon. There will be a Top Sellers Pre-Game Party for those scouts who sold over $1,500 in popcorn. These pre-game party tickets will be given to the Unit Popcorn Kernels prior to the game.
