the new BACnetPropertyIdentifier (log-device-object-properties (207))
which is introduced in this version of addendum b has the same ID as
already used by node-subtype (207) in addendum d published a few days ago.
Furthermore seem to exist different IDs for the new
BACnetPropertyIdentifiers of addendum d in addendum e: e.g. node-subtype
(addendum d:207 / addendum e:216)...
