Subject: [bacnet-oswg] RE: Dates now firm for Alarming Summit 2
As per Dave Robin's email yesterday, the dates for the 2009 fall
SSPC-135 and working group interim meetings are now fixed to Monday
November 9 to Friday November 13 (noon).
Given this, Alarming Summit 2, as per the OS-WG discussion in
Louisville, shall take place the three days prior to the interim
So the dates for Alarming Summit 2 are now firm:
Friday November 6 to Sunday November 8, in Atlanta GA.
Hotel and meeting facility details will be determined together with
SSPC, so that people may stay in the same hotel for both the Alarming
Summit 2 and the interim meeting.
As requested earlier, please let me know asap your plans on attending
Alarming Summit 2, to get to a headcount.

Subject: Dates not firm for Alarming Summit 2
We have not heard back from our hosts at Georgia Tech about moving the
Fall BACnet meeting from where it sits now on the week of Nov 9. We
heard preliminarilly that the week of Oct 26 was not available and we
are hoping for the week of Nov 2. I'll let the group know when we have
a firm answer.
