You need to rethink what an axial flux is, the voltages we are working with, and the application. Your "issues" do not apply.

Axial flux alternators are not designed for grid tie. You need a grid tie inverter.

You should consider just buying a better blade set as there are multiple ones out there like otherpower, etc. Better than chucking the whole thing and cheaper too. Hugh Piggott has free plans if you want to try your own in wood or FG. Or take the 2 good close to the same weight ones, balance them and just use a 2 blade set up. Please change subject when you do.
I got the 10’ kit with a 24VDC setup and it came with the blades and from day one I had to add a lot of weight to 1 blade to get it to balance out., First I did it the way they tell you and add weight to stop it from turning and found it still shakes everything, So I took the blades off and checked the weight of each blade, Found one was a bit longer, then did the string way by hanging it and adding weight to get it to balance level. Then put it back on and did the test again to make sure the blades stayed where you left them. And still acts like it’s out of balance, Getting ready to take it down and replace the whole turbine with another type. I have just spent way too much time it trying to get it to work right. I will say when the wind blows it makes good power, I have a output meter on it and can pin it at 50 amps. I did get my blades with my kit and know I had to do some work But I have one blade that is all most the weight of 2 blades that came in the kit.
