This is a part of an email one of my players sent me :
My turn reports show Cremona as a town in two different
hexes - (X,Y) and (X2,Y2)
Is this symptomatic of a deeper malaise - like have we got a double
quota of towns on this map - there do seem to be rather a lot around
here! That would definitely disturb the game balance .....
my reply was that in one game my small 10 regions territory has
1 village , 2 towns and 4 cities .. all on plains ..
(needless to say silver is not a problem ;)
and as for the double names , i cant do much about it as
in other games i also found region and cities named the same .
seems that the placement of towns is somewhat needs repairs
the generator places towns too close to each other or too many
of them . as for the names , i dont really know if we can
code an option to search for an existing name or not ..
what do you think about this ?
