Well, it appears I was worng about the blank ("Quietly") CQSRVR. I just
timed out of the BALLOON group 4 hours after sending my blank
"Keep-Alive" message. Apparently, a blank message will MAKE you a
member, but it won't KEEP you a member.
Don't check Quietly until I can do some more testing.
