At the stage of development where humanity stands, the majority is always wrong. That is why democracy is self destroying as it identifies the power of the majority, with Right. Nor can we say that the minority is always right. But you can make it up as follows: the majority are always wrong, but the minority has a chance to be right and must inevitably be right more often than the majority. Furthermore, there is always a minority who are right, but this minority is at this stage of development so small that it is invisible in public life. Yet it is this minority which supports the society, and without which neither the majority nor the official minority would exist or have any opportunity for development. As the divine spark is the life-giving in humans, this small minority are the enlivener of society and mankind. And as humans rarely think about or know about the divine spark, so is this minority also consciously or unconsciously, almost always overlooked. (Translated from Danish)
