In my experience, Customer Care are (somewhat) friendly people but in
my experience they cannot and wont do anything to help. I have had 2
tickets with them in the past year and the problem is not resolved.
The last reply was for me to get in touch with the ISP in question and
work with them. I have tried that but without response.
I would think that it would be easier for Y! Mail to argue with an
ISP, you have much more "power" than a regular user. I will gladly pay
a higher subscription fee for this sort of service. I just want my
email to work, and that's it. Right now it takes anywhere from 1-3
days for emails from my parents to reach me, it has been going on for
over a year, and that is simply unacceptable.
