The Rifle Shoppe comes to mind. IIRC they have bayonets for all their
muskets including the 1795 Springfield. Probably pricey and slow, but FWIW
there it is. I'm assuming the bayonet for the Pedersoli 1816 Springfield is
wrong? Can't recall whether the bayonet lug was on top or bottom for that
model, but I know top-mounted bayonet lugs on smoothbores were relatively
short lived and by 1842 they had migrated back to the bottom.
