2 VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASSES
Learn to cook a low fat, economical, plant-based healthy diet. Find out how to get protein and calcium from vegetables, grains, and legumes (using no dairy products or eggs) and discover how to use tofu, tempeh and seitan in recipes. Bring your favorite cutting/dicing utensils and your own place setting to each class.
