Albert Frances Zarsky 66, of Crosby went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2007 in Pasadena, TX.
Albert was born on October 22, 1940 to Charlie and Victoria (Kuta) Zarsky in Dayton, TX. Albert was a real cowboy; he helped start the buffalo trail riders, the 3R trail riders out of the Ponderosa and was a lifetime member of the saltgrass trail riders as a campsite scout. Some of Albert’s hobbies were raising cattle, raising horses shooting pool, fishing, swimming, training horses, riding horses, spending time with his family, and he was a great dancer. He was also a member of the Crosby American Legion and the Knights of Columbus in Crosby
Albert is preceded in death by his parents, uncle Louis Kuta, and aunt Mickey Kuta.
He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl Zarsky, son Wesley Gene Zarsky, daughter Cherie Suzanne Zarsky, sister Jeanette McDonald, aunt Teresa Lebeck, and cousins Larry Joe and Tammy Kuta.
A funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Crosby on Wednesday February 14, 2007 at 10am with the Rev Terence Brinkman officiating, serving as pallbearers will be Larry Joe Kuta, Joe Humphries, J.R. Humphries, Cody Kuba, Criss Kuban, George Warnke, Lance Parker, (Cowboy) Vince Jennings, Rodney Sims, and Zavier Zorro Soto. Serving as Honorary pallbearers will be Ray King, Jerome Ulrich, Buzzy Adams, Lynn Adams, Pat Chapman, Carol Davis, Coach Bill Barrington, and Joe Lowden.
Mr. Zarsky’s family would like to invite everyone to a farewell party and dinner at Ms. Sams on Crosby-Dayton Rd after the service.
