GLADYS ANN BERGER
ANGLETON - Funeral services for Gladys Ann Berger, 65, of Angleton
will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Most Holy Trinity
Catholic Church in Angleton. Burial will follow in the Angleton
Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2007,
with a Christian wake service at 7 p.m., at Palms Funeral Home in
Gladys was born on the Fourth of July 1941, in Ganado, to Roman
A. and Annie Kazmir Vyvial. She married John Berger on April 18, 1964, in
Ganado, and moved to Angleton in 1972. Gladys was a member of Most
Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Angleton and a retired nurse's aide with
Gladys was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael John
Berger; grandson, Jace Andrew Bevers; and brother, Leo Vyvial. She
is survived by her husband of 42 years, John Berger of Angleton; sons,
Anthony Berger of Angleton and Bryan Berger and wife Keri of Palacios;
daughters, Michaela "Missy" Bevers and husband Jeff, Cynthia Rubio and
husband Alex, all of Angleton; brother, Eugene Vyvial of Blessing;
sisters, Janet Harvey of El Campo, Joyce Rozner of Bay City, Ramona Hahn
of Lolita, and Andrea Chambless of Ganado; and loving Grammy to all her
grandchildren, Paul Berger, J.R. and Rebecca Shelby, Christopher Bevers,
Alexis, Cori, Makenna, and Brandon Rubio.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Most Holy Trinity
Catholic Church in Angleton or your favorite charity. The family
would like to convey their most sincere appreciation to the nurses and
staff at A-Med Community Hospice, Help Inc., Dr. E. Falcon and Dr. M.
Sabbagh for all their care, support, guidance and prayers.
