If you are learning to meditate, you can read a whole book about it
(follow the index at the bottom of the page to an abundance of
questions and answers, exercises and wisdom)
I remember reading all of this when I was first learning to meditate
and the beauty, consciousness and depth of Sri Chinmoy's words
elevated my own consciousness far higher than my personal practice of
meditation. I have to admit I was a slow starter but luckily Sri
Chinmoy's writings kept me inspired to keep trying.
It so often happens
That the last key opens the door.
Likewise, it is your last prayer
That may grant you salvation,
And your last meditation
That may grant you realisation.
Poem 1620 from Ten Thousand Flower-Flames, Part 17
