The European Commission has registered another Slovak product. Ovc~i' syr, sheep cheese, will be labeled "Traditional Specialty Guaranteed" if it meets certain production requirements. It is this type of cheese -- the pic at the top in the right sidebar:
... not bryndza or ostiepok already registered under a slightly different label. Unlike the latter two, any country will be able to label its sheep cheese/ovci syr as "T.S.G." as long as it meets the technology registered by the EC at Slovakia's request.
