Discussion list for 20th century silver from the turn of the century to contemporary. The list covers all the major movements, such as Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau, Edwardian, Art Deco, and Mid-century Modern. Included are European, Mexican, Scandinavian, and American silver jewelry and objects, but not excluding those from any other part of the world. The list is devoted primarily to silver, but the discussion of jewelry and metalware made from other materials will not be excluded. SilverForum is for the discussion of anything related to this topic. The primary purpose is not advertising but the mutual education of all subscribers. We do not allow 'for sale' posts or posts for eBay auctions. Although a certain amount of passion is essential for a lively discussion, insulting or demeaning language directed toward another subscriber in any public post on this list may result in the offending party being dropped from the list.
